Processed with VSCO with c1 preset

Prep/Cook time: 30 minutes

Serves 2 (To serve four- just double the ingredients!)

  • Half a bundle of broccoli
  • Two- three carrots
  • Two-three chicken breast (cut in cubes or strips)
  • Teriyaki glaze (Any brand, to your liking)
  • One cup of white rice

How to make it:

If you don’t have a rice cooker, thats okay! Just pour a cup of rice in a pot, with a cup and a half of water. Add some salt and cook for about twenty minutes. While the rice is cooking, boil broccoli and carrots for about 15-20 minutes as well. In a medium frying pan with a little olive oil, on medium-high cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes (as needed). After chicken is cooked and browned, pour teriyaki glaze in and mix in the vegetables. Once everything is mixed and covered with teriyaki glaze, pour some on a plate with rice and enjoy!
